Terms and Community Rules

What is not allowed

• Illegal goods, services, activity, or instructions.
• Sexual exploitation, child endangerment, hate, threats, harassment, or graphic violence.
• Fraud, impersonation, misleading claims, spam, or repeated duplicate listings.
• Publishing another person’s private information without permission.
• Abusive messages or attempts to evade a user block.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your listing, communications, transactions, and compliance with applicable law. Do not send money or share sensitive information until you have independently verified the other person.

Moderation

People can report listings or publishers and block other users. HagerList may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and accounts when needed for safety, policy enforcement, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Service and accounts

The test service is provided as available and may change. You can delete your account in Profile. Material Terms changes use a new version and require acceptance before another listing can be posted.
